Just started brewing. I got a home brew kit from my other half for Christmas as I’d been looking to brew my own for a while. Looking to expand my knowledge and possibly move into part grain sometime

Which kit did you get?

It was a home brew online equipment kit. Currently have a stout in it which I will be kegging 10 litres of and bottling the rest

Welcome to the forum. I started out brewing some pretty cheap kit brews to get into the swing of things. I found my dark ales took longer to condition but ciders are a quick filler.
- start saving those bottles!
