I'm having this rather fantastic Triple Imperiale :beer1:

Brewing 40 litres of this tomorrow, a really good sessionable ordinary bitter. (recipe posted earlier)

I love a kriek, but I'm not even sure that's what this is. I suppose this is to a proper kriek what Leffe is to a proper Belgian blonde.
I had one once and wasn't fond of it. But I don't think it's lambic-based, like a proper kreik, I got the impression it was some of their strong blonde- perhaps Tremens- infused with fruit.

Tried a Brewdog Clockwork Tangerine to finish off with. Glad I tried it, glad I only bought one. It's interesting, but not really what I want in a beer- more gimmick than good.

This flat and cloudy offering was pulled by mistake!

It's the IPA with Grapefruit that was only transferred to a Growler four days ago and carbonated at 5psi.

Amazingly, the grapefruit flavour is mellowing already and it's a lot less harsh than the FG sample that I tried; so in another couple of weeks I'll try again.

Drinking a couple of offerings from 8 degrees brewery. The pale ale is a bit boring but the full Irish IPA is quite good.

It all starts with giving in for just one teeny tiny month and then her sentences begin with if you loved me, before you know it you have metamorphasized into the guy she wanted instead of you. ashock1

Part of me feels with all the talk of dry January I really shouldn’t be drinking at 10:54 in the morning but needed to decide what to fill my growler with. Little Ox Disco Juice (a NIPA) or Church Hanbrewery Rauk a “smoked English ale”
