I was looking at maybe
6 to 7 kg base malt
Roasted barely
special B
Cara-munich or crystal
Chocolate malt
Some form of sugar

I need to work on the recipe later when I get a chance

Bittering hops either magnum or admiral

For an imperial stout I'd go with admiral.
 
Apologies, sidetracked by afterwork drinks last night. Heres the basic recipe that I think I based on some award winning one from the states. The DME was because I wasn't sure I had room to mash the full quantities of grain at the time. As it happens I think i do hence the tweaked variant on monday that's coming up.

5 kg Pale
0.25 kg Crystal 45L
0.2 kg Flaked Barley
0.2 kg Roasted Barley
0.2 kg Chocolate
0.1 kg Black Patent
0.2 kg Flaked Rye
1 kg Dry Malt Extract
0.8 kg Brown Sugar

That was an 18l batch.

For reasons i can quite remember now there's no hop details. This time I'm using 50g of homegrown wye challenger however i think previously it was goldings.

And fermented with s05
