So here's the thing, I made a WOW about 6 months ago because I was a) intrigued and b) my girlfriend encouraged me to make something other than stout or IPA's. It was made with white grape, apple and pear juice. For me, it turned out pretty good. I actually quite like it but I am not much of a wine drinker and I pay zero attention to the wine rack when there is beer in the fridge (which is most of the time).

My girlfriend 'liked' it but was a bit meh on it at the same time. Possibly because it wasn't exactly like Villa Maria or something. Her mum liked it. Colleagues in work liked it, although one Villa Maria fan girl was a bit meh on it (I am sensing a theme here).

Long story short (too late!), I have 4 x grolsch bottles of the stuff that I just don't see getting drank any time soon. They could literally still be on the wine rack in 5 years time. That is how little I am into wine. Does anyone fancy a swap of any description? I will quite happily swap them for pretty much anything; someone else's WOW (for the curiosity), beer, cider etc..

It's 10% and I would say that the initial taste is sweet but then drys. More like a pinot grigio than a chardonnay or sauvignon blanc. But then who the eff am I to describe wine? Give me an imperial stout and I'm your huckleberry!

I'm not 100% sure what WOW is. Is it wine made from shop bought grape juice, kind of like turbo cider?

I would be interested in trying this for the craic. I have two beers in the bottle. A raw ale and an American amber ( which isn't amber). If your willing to wait I have a coconut and coffee porter fermenting plus a red rye IPA. I would advice you to wait on one of them. The first two are not exactly world beaters

Saying that the raw ale is in for the monthly competition so if you want to try that. Its hopped with Chinook centennial and equinox

Yeah, mate, I will have a blast at the raw ale. Don't think I have ever had one before. PM me your address.
Cheers
