For reasons I'm not going to bore you with, I need to ferment a batch of beer at a fairly low temperature (about 15C). It'll be a fairly hoppy pale so something clean. Oh, and dried yeast too. Any recommendations?

Crossmyloof PIA is good, although you would be at the bottom end of its range. Their California Common yeast is really good, so could be another option.

Nottingham would work.
Youngs Lager Yeast will ferment at 15*C and the brew can then be lagered at temperatures as low as 10*C if required.

Notty brews down to 12c.... Discovered by accident by using the wrong yeast and putting the fv in my cold cellar.
