For a brew that was already at an estimated 10% ABV I'm surprised the yeast had any life left in it to ferment out an extra 500g of sugar ashock1 Are you using turbo yeast or something :D

It'll be like rocket fuel if you ever get as far as drinking the stuff :groupdancing:
 
So no bottle explosions! And the yeast deserves a medal. 1.100 to 1.024 even with the stupid addition of 500 g dextrose for priming. And I tried a sample before bottling. Lovely! Very surprised. Cannot wait to get through these.

It doesn't taste like it would get me smashed, I think the passion fruit is masking it haha. But I'm chuffed with the result.

Anyone like passionfruit sweet DIPAs and be up for trying it and reviewing please? Could do with some feedback. First come, first serve.
