Looking for some Inspiration

Hi,
I am looking to use up my remaining grain before ordering a fresh batch. So, looking for some inspiration on what to brew. I have various dark malts, about 5kg palt malt, crystal malts & a little bit munich malt.
I would like to use up the pale malt (obviously) and use some of the crystal malt (150EBC).

What would you brew?

I think I would brew an English Best Bitter, dependent of the volume of course.

Pick the best beer you have ever done using your ingredients and repeat.
OR
something from Greg Hughes 'Home Brew Beer' like the English IPA

What hops and yeast do you have?

80% pale malt, 10% crystal, 10% Munich, 45IBUs of Northern Brewer and M54/CML Cali Common yeast makes a great steam beer.

Thanks for the suggestions. Mick you are the winner. Gonna make that with some scottish ale yeast on saturday and some mittfuh hops :).
