Sparging now.

This beer also includes cocoa nibs 50g added "near end fermentation" but I gotta say they dont taste that strong. Anybody got experience using cocoa nibs this way? Thinking I might use the full 100g pack.

Ahh ****! I wasnt paying attention and used Safale US-05 yeast instead of Nottingham.

Are these particularly different?

US05 is good for stout. I normally put 150g of nibs in 25l but you could easily do more. I might use double next time, they are cheap in bulk. I buy unroasted and roast them myself. Around 20 to 30 mins at 100c. Check regularly and turn to make sure they don't burn . Some people grind them up but i just throw them straight in. If you dont roast them you wont get a lot of flavour from them but do it right and they are awesome. Cant advise on peppermint but you might be best to add it to the glass when serving. Some people use tea.
