Most frost free fridges have a drain hole Inside right at the back/bottom. I managed to get the leads for the tube heater and the temperature probe through the one in mine
Ive got a 550mm wide under counter larder fridge. Ive swapped the door for a door from a matching freezer so no bulky internals on inside of the door. I was going to use to store cornies for my bar but plans have changed. You can have this FOC but would need collecting from Haydock. WA11 postcode. Let me know if of any interest.

As someone mentioned your local Heart Foundation shop will be good as you get a guarantee. I picked up one for £40. The other three I have I got from my local Freecyle. Add a tube heater such as this one and an STC or Inkbird. The STC is cheaper but by the time you've added the sockets, cables and box you'd be better off with the Inkbird IMHO. Good piece of kit that.
Also, the shelf that comes with the fridge may not support the weight of your keg/bottles so you may need to make one. I did out of wood and it works quite well.

Have a look at larder fridges they are a lot taller than an undercounter fridge (although you can get undercounter larder fridges) some are a bit thinner than others so you'd have to check dimensions.

With regards to drilling into fridge and not damaging any cooling pipes. I went through the plastic wall between the fridge inside and the compressor box. I used an old soldering iron just in case there was anything there I could damage but all went well. It also gets a cable into the bottom of the fridge, the ideal place to put ant heater.

I have managed to fit the 30 litre all rounder in a Lec under counter fridge, it’s sat on some 200mm spiral duct and I've had to cut the middle shelf off the door. You can't get a ball lock connector on the carbonation caps as is but I've got hold of the kegland T piece so can connect a blow tie at 90 degrees. Its sat on top of the lid so you can see the height
Nice! I've got my eyes on an all-rounder at the moment. Will be pretty ace if I can get it in my under-counternfrdge. Have the Fermzilla in a tall larder and I'm completely sold on closed transfers.

I've just acquired a new conditioning fridge. About a month ago I went to get a packet of yeast from my kitchen fridge, whilst brewing and noticed the light failed to come on. That evening I replaced the bulb, but it did nothing, the fridge was dead.
I ordered a new fridge, but instead of having the old one recycled, I decided to have a go at fixing it. I removed the PTC relay and thermal overload and attempted to source new ones online. the relay arrived within a week, but the overload had to come from China and still hasn't arrived.
On Monday, whilst brewing, I went to the fridge to get a cold drink and guess what, the light failed to come on. This time I decided to check it out with a plug in energy monitor and discovered that the socket was dead, but thanks to a long extension lead, I soon got my fridge back on. The following day when I checked that socket (inside a fitted cabinet adjacent to the fridge), it worked first time, I suspect that when I have my Grainfather maintaining mash temperature and my tea urn HLT heating the sparge water at the same time, something funny is happenning with my electrics.
Today I decided to have a crack at getting the old fridge working again with the new relay, but found that the terminals had different labels, so put the old one and old overload back on, put a new plug on and lo and behold it worked first time. Have given it a good scrubdown inside and out and now just need to make some room for it in my garage and I will have a beer conditioning fridge.
I will first test to see if the inbuilt themostat can keep to 12-14°C, otherwise I will add an Inkbird controller. I have an ITC308 for my brewfridge, which is great, but was thinking about the ITC1000 for this (save a few shekels). Has anyone got any experience with this? I guess I can manage without a heater in it for a few months. Who knows, in future it could become a kegerator.
