When I used to bottle I picked up a few different rolls of washi tape, and used a different colour for each type of beer. It was then simply a case of sticking a strip of tape to my brew fridge and writing on it what it was - a bit like @AnimatedGIF’a lovely bottle cap display. The nice thing about tape is it’s very easy to find new colours.

I used flip-tops and put the tape on a bit like this (this isn’t mine though, just an example), which also looks nice and makes it very easy to know which beer is which without much effort.

I use a Uni Paint marker p2, silver ultra fine pen ex Ryman but widely available on the internet.
Barcode 4902778918241
Quick drying, just a light pass with a green scouring pad to clean off.
Silver, white, gold available, some other colours too. Silver works best imo on brown / green bottles

You can consider markers for glass. Gainwell wine glass marker and Sharpie oil-based paint marker are also great markers for glass.
