Hi, I made a coopers canadian blonde with some dry hopped cascade. Used 2 wilko carbination drops in each 500ml bottle and 1 coopers carbination drop in each 330ml bottle. Been in the bottles for just over 4 weeks. Tastes really nice but is way over carbed in both size bottles, is there anything I can do? I know I won't be using drops again, batch priming has much better results.

Cooper's carb drops are primarily made for the Australian market. Over there the standard bottle is 375ml (1 carb drop) and the big bottles are 750ml (2 carb drops). Not sure there is anything you can do other than open the bottles a tiny bit and waiting a minute before pouring.

Pour into a one litre serving jug, and dispense from that.
