Good evening,
Looking for a bit of advice on carbonation.
I usually use 135 grams of dextrose sugar to carbonate the 23 litre IPA I brew.
Now, new horizons have started to interest me.
Hopefully I will be picking up a fully working beer engine, handpull at the weekend.
I want to make a brew in a bag/box, using the handpull to draw it into a glass, using a sparkler.
The question is, how much would I have to carbonate the brew in a bag? Obviously it doesn't want to be too much as the bag would inflate and burst
I am guessing this is the same principle as drawing from a cask. If that is so, could a Corny keg be used to draw off of, using a handpull pump?
Thank you.

One final question....
Do you have to sanitise the inside of the bag the brew is going into?
This would be difficult.
Thank you.
