I use a little bottler attached to my syphoning tube as i don't have tap on my FV and didn't want to drill one it works a treat.

I have made this kit couple of months ago. It’s absolutely lovely wine. I did not have patience to wait for it to mature (only did 6 bottle kit) they all gone now...

You'll have to let us know how it works out. I think my brewing set up is more suited to the winter, but as I only started in May I'm yet to find out. Good luck!

The white burgundy is nearly finished. Just clearing at the moment. Had a sneak taste and it’s absolutely lovely. A bit more full bodied and complex than the Chardonnay semilion - I probably prefer it actually. It is lovely now but I bet
after few months in bottle will be Ace. I tried wilko and Solomon Grundy Kits but there is no point going back from beaverdale :) definitely recommend their kits.

My first wine was a Solomon Grundy and it turned out really nice to be fair. I have a week off now so will be brewing again been too busy in work lately.
