So my journey began almost a year ago, I started with he usual kits, trying various beers, wines etc. This soon evolved into extract brews until I took the plunge and bought a bulldog master brewer. Since the I haven't looked back. I have been really happy with the beers I have made, friends have been impressed (although could be the beer talking). A couple of things I would like to say to new brewers on the forum is do not be afraid to ask questions no matter how daft they may sound, brewing can be a minefield with different opinions, methods and techniques, if it wasn't for forums like this I would be stumped, so thanks. Also don't be afraid to experiment, that's what makes it fun, we all have to start somewhere.

So the future...this next year I want get a fuller understanding of yeasts, perhaps move on to cropping and culturing my own....small steps!

Once again thanks to all for advice and this forum. CHEERS

Thanks for the feedback.

New members often apologise in their first post for asking stupid questions and are usually told there is no such thing as a stupid question, most of us know little about the hobby when we first start and that is why places like this exist. thumb.
