😬just watched the trailer for the 2nd season of the Mandalorian ...got to love anything star wars. Also watched another trailer for Top Gun 2 with some of the making...looks awesome filming.

Oh.. didn't realise there was season 2. I thought season 1 was superb.
 
I found the Madalorian S1 to get a bit soggy in the middle. Lacked any great focus or purpose.
Don't misunderstand, I'll be watching S2 but felt S1 lacked drive all the way through.

.... could have been the beer I guess... 😜

Love that movie, waiting for it to be on again.

Especially when he goes mental with the pile of dirt in the dining room lol

Oh that's a bit of a relief! Someone else with a similar view of the Mandalorian, really not impressed and struggled to see what the fuss was about. The two part ending episodes were so flawed, really frustratingly so. I will though watch S2 but really hoping it can redeem itself from seeming like a live action cartoon.

And another here, I tried to watch it and gave up after struggling through 4 episodes. I couldn't understand what I was missing, and your description of it being a "live action cartoon" is absolutely spot on. I was a huge Star Wars geek when I was young and over the last few years I've grown to hate the sight of it.

Well since I have a few weeks off work I have time to watch some movies. First I watched The Invisible Man which was surprisingly good. I really wasn't expecting much from it but the domestic abuse angle was an interesting twist, the performances were good, and it was really nicely shot. It was over long and the twist ending was a bit predictable but not too bad overall.

Next up was Borat: Subsequent Moviefilm which I really enjoyed. There's a lot more of the same as last time round, exposing people's prejudices mostly, but there is more of a scripted narrative this time round which gives plenty of scope for poking fun at Kazakh "customs". If you're a SBC fan then you'll probably enjoy it.

Now I can't stop thinking about "Don't FXXK with Cats", great docu series and I'm sure it's been mentioned. Might have to watch again

Watched this last night and it was pretty good. It's no Lock Stock or Snatch but as you say it's considerably better than most of the recent **** he's put out. Colin Farrell was great, I think he's rather underrated as a comic actor.

I thought Farrell played a cracking roll.. Really enjoyed the movie.
 
Recently watched John Wick 1,2 + 3 again, Thor Avengers, Ragnoroc and Star Trek Discovery season 3 has just started on Netflix.
Joined up for Disney+ and shall look forward to some reruns and some I have yet to see.
 
Watched about time on Netflix its about a family where all the men can travel back in time but only to places they have been themselves. Its basically about family and love a decent watch funny and moving in places
