So has all this came from Chinese hygiene ! My hairdresser went to China on a tour last year, the guide said to her “if I say to you this is a clean toilet your best to make this your toilet stop” Has the Chinese economy flourished from there export markets and cheap products ? So who should...

What I found interesting was that Prince Charles stopped shaking hands at engagements on 12th March, but you could still jet away on holiday for a week after that date. As I found out myself I flew out to Alicante on the 13th finding all the restaurants were closing at midnight, I then recieved...

    What did you brew today?

NEIPA My 4th attempt, after a few months away from brewing due to a polytrama and still recovering. It’s been a hard day brewing but I’ve 25L of hazy looking wort in my fermenter. I’m gonna give it 3x days then dry hop, and hopefully add some wonderful flavours without too much bitterness !!

    Blood Red Sky

The first sherry red ale after reading innes gunn barrel aged for 50+ days. Which now you read they use wooden barrel staves. I placed the chunks for 4x week. But found the beer really oaky, so now only add them to a secondary fermenter for 5-7 days and it’s turned out good.

    Blood Red Sky

I started buying oak chunks from malt miller, bourbon and whisky. After I used them once I then placed them in a Pyrex container with a Glenfarclas whisky and another with rum, also sherry I’ve bought from Duty free on the way back from Spain

    Blood Red Sky

Due to Innes gunn and brewdog I started making homebrew ! A stout similar to brewdogs paradox islay which went quite well. And a red ale with sherry type cask ageing. I’ve only 2x bottles left

    Best beer for curry?

I like a normal flavour-less lager ! Cobra etc leaves the flavour of the curry

That would go wonderfully into an imperial stout !

adding tequila and lime prior bottling

Ive only added sherry and whisky to beers and then aged for a while before bottling, fermentation has worked out really good with no problems.

    Brewdog

I was thinking of buying a few shares myself, brewdog and innis gunn. But then decided when does a craft brewer stop becoming a craft brewer ! Innis gunn values itself at £150,000,000 sounds more big brewery to me. Not sure what brewdogs worth and how many beers are produced every year :?:
