Got a Munich Dunkel that turned out quite well, PM on it's way.
I'd have loved to enter this one, but I work away and not due home until the 2nd of October. I could enter an APA and DIPA, but only if you're...
Quite like the sound of the prize! I'll stick in an APA and hope for the best.
Not much experience, but I did use WHC Ragnar in a simple Citra pale ale with disappointing results. Big caveat is that I cut quite a few corners...

3.9kg Pale Ale Malt
500g Crystal (150 EBC)
300g Torrified Wheat
Cheers uDicko, delighted with third place!
Cheers for this, going to be so much better than messing around with labels on the bottles.
I’m also being a bit optimistic, not even brewed the RIS yet. Hope it has time to mellow out before the competition.
Anyone else entering? I've signed up for an APA and a RIS so far, but might use up my other two possible entries later if slots are still available.
