I brewed this yesterday Had a quick peek in cupboard tonite to check as you do and the lid of bucket is floating on high Krausen. Is it worth scooping foam off the top or just leave alone to settle?

23l of Wheat 2.5kg lager malt 2.5kg wheat 46g of perle at 60min 1058 SG Forgot profloc so had an idea to strain beer through hop spider transferring to fermenting bucket. Dog ended up with his head in trying to drink wort 🙈. Lallemand Munich yeast which I rehydrated before adding. First time...

First taste of my Heavy I brewed Been conditioning for a couple of weeks now. A bit cloudy but that was due to messy transferring I think but it's a good malty flavour to it and nice mouthfeel. Maybe needs to mature a wee bit but very happy with it.

Had a couple of my own Belgian Blondes then on to this which is very decent imo

My first AG attempt. A Belgian Blonde. I'm well impressed with this but as a beginner my expectations were low. Came in at 7.2%. I'm on my 2nd and feeling the effects, be on ma erse soon 🥴

I Travel is one of my all time favourites And yes it was a shame they went that way. Don't you (forget about me) was the last straw for me. Did go and see them again last year and to be fair they were pretty decent but still loved the early stuff

I did my first brew with BZ this week and was surprised how quick it cooled. BZ temp matched a thermometer check. I used whirlpool arm while cooling not sure if that made the difference as first time.
