Ive brewed this and its lovely.
I always leave my brews at least a week longer to let the yeast settle out and drop the temp in the brew fridge...
suggestion would be to do aot of reading on the site, there are a multitude of ways to store beer, personnally I enjoy the hiss of the bottle but...

so which is better, I have two cornies and to be honest have been a PITA as i had trouble finding a leak, now its solved I like it but the 19l...
so this beer of mine is coming up for 2 years old, and its certanily got better with age, thought I suspect it may have reached its peak.

Well the first bottle of the cherry stout was ok, carbed well, but the cherry is a bit bubble like, hopefully it's gonna condition out by christmas
I think he means the liquid the hops made, so the boiled water, you add the hops, then let steep.
Add both the liquid and the hops to the FV....
Didn't brew today but bottled, 22l of Cherry Vanilla Stout.
1 can coopers stout,
1kg dark spray malt
400ml bottle of locwiz cherry syrup
22l Cherry Vanilla Stout
Padding them out will make the beer really watery.
You could get two and make 20l batch.
This is my third go at this, and another new twist .
1kg of dark dme, 1 bottle of cherry lowicz syrup.
