    Cheers, it was frozen mango from sainsbury, been in there since Friday and no nasty on surface if rotting so fingers crossed! Thanks about yeast was sure what to expect with activity Cheers

    Hi all, I have mango IPA going dry hopped and moved to secondary, I added the mango from and put it in a food processor before going into secondary. The things is not a lot seems to be happening Should I add more yeast! Or Just let leave it for 2 weeks and check FG at the end. Just not sure...

    I have a question with this, if I add crs and it changes the sulfate chloride and alkalinity does it change the pH? And if so how do I calculate this as I use beersmith have changed my water profile to be adjusted for CRS but was wondering if it changes the PH Regards

    Dry hopped with 25g Azacca in my Mango APA Will move to secondary Friday and add 450g mango While I'm doing that have another go at making a good Harvey's best bitter clone!

    It took me 3 years to realise that the tangy flavour in my beer was Chloramine! I use Campden tablets and treat all the water, best thing I ever did, beer is a hundred times better!

    This was the one thing that worked wonders for me, I had beer that had a tang for 3 years till I realised that the chloramine was causing it, best thing I ever did, beer is a hundred times better, as good as the pubs now

    Has anyone used this? The blurb says mango, grapefruit and passionfruit, but read a review saying nothing of the sort! Anyone have real experience with this hop, could be a mix of galaxy and mosaic! Thanks Jason

    Cheers for that, so use the lactose like you would sugar in sloe gin to sweeten to taste?

    Made a recipe on beersmith called mango milk APA if anyone's interested, have added 250g of lactose to sweeten up, I assume not to much maybe a little high? When I did a choc milk stout I added 500g but have lowered it to adjust for mangos natural sweetness, will order probably tomorrow and brew...
