    Not 100% what you mean by late addition because you have grain and lactose. Personally I'd mash all the grains in one and then add the lactose late boil

    Hi, I'm about to order a gas ring burner, the one i'm looking at is 5.3kw output. Anyone on here use a similar size? i'm looking at max boil size of 40ltr and don't want to be under powered thanks!

    Juicy hop beer???

    Well this has fermented and then dry hop'd for a week. Just transferred to my bottling bucket and took an age with all the hop gunk! Smells amazing....chilling it slightly now before I bottle it.

    Cocao nibs.

    Used them at flame out in a porter. 150g. left them to steep for 5 mins. Plenty of flavour post boil.

    No but a few friend brewers love it. Saves dragging loads of hop cones out of the kettle and fv!
