I brewed 8 days ago. It is now at its expected FG.
Normally I would wait until two weeks after brewing, then cold crash for a couple of days, then package.

I was looking at options for a yeast for my next brew. One of the options is an Omega yeast. The image on the Malt Miller site shows the ingredients
Is it usual to have malt extract and hops etc in a pack of liquid yeast? I've never noticed this on Wyeast or Whitelabs packs.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a kitchen knife set that doesn't cost hundreds of pounds?
