    What did you brew today?

Yesterday (sorry got delayed in posting) Australian Pale Ale from Coopers with a Bolster Kit from Home Brew Online. Started off a bit low OG 1030 compared to my other drinks. But lets see what the yeasties do to it as it is bubbling away like no tomorrow.

    What did you brew today?

Didn't brew but bottled 40 @ 7%, I better put a warning on these. As the taster didn't have a hint of the extra boost and it already tasted very quaffable.

    Challenger vs Kit

Yeah I have done many of the recipes over on the Coopers forum and nearly always add spraymalt. I will have a look out for Tom Caxton as I haven't tried that.

    Challenger vs Kit

Thanks I think I got about 75g left. I wonder which kit to try/use? Done nearly all the Coopers, some of the Festivals and one from St Peter's (though not tasted that yet, as it got bottled yesterday)

    I prefer homebrew!

I have brewed about 14 Cooper and Festival kits, so still a newbie. Three of them have been rather ****, though friends have said they liked it. So the taste is in the buds of the beholder. 3-4 has been absolute beauts*, truly enjoyed them (friends have been amazed too) and would happily paid...

    First kit, Landlords Finest

I've done two Festival kits first one was the Rasorback IPA and I enjoyed that. Just bottled the US Steam Ale, it tasted great out of the FV. Might sneak in a tester this weekend, only four days in bottles, it can't hurt can it :) As a kit I like the Festival, one box with everything and all...

    Suggest me some hops

I have tried a few random hobs, but since I brewed up Coopers Marilyn's Secret, my favourite hobs are Motueka and Vic Secret. I loved the taste of that blonde ale, so much so I might get a third pot going :)
