    How long can you leave a Lager on Yeast

    Happy new year to one and all, I'm currently in the process of brewing a lager and is currently in the brewing fridge sitting at 3 degrees in the fermenter. How long can you keep it there sitting on the yeast as it been there now for 3 weeks and i totally forgot about it in all honestly.

    Afternoon all, Got a brew on today and in around 5 days will need to add the dry hops. The FV is a SS Brewmaster bucket. I'm trying to think of a way to add the hops while minimising the oxidisation of the beer. Any suggestions as I'm at a loss!!
