    Corny Keg Question

I always chill to <6"C, then start at 30psi rolling it every time I pass normally three or four times in 24 hours and then it's good to go (or drink), can't be bothered with further conditioning, and to be honest with the amount of hops I use the sooner it's ready the better, don't want to lose...

    Cheap craft beer offer

Yes and no, nothing to hide but if you use my link enough times I get a free crate of beer, imo though with the discount it's good value and I'll stand by that... I don't advocate signing up for a life's worth if beer however, just get me free beer...;)

Not entirely correct, always great to offer experience and help but best not offer electrical advice if you're not sure what you're talking about... :thumb:

Hello, Seen a 2kg bottle for sale local to me, is that big enough for two corny kegs, or perhaps I should ask how many kegs will it carbonate and dispense? Thanks Paul

    White Zinfandel Kit Recommendation?

I made the CC one from Brew UK last week and it's bloody lovely, only got 25 bottles but could def get the 30 if I'd have known quite how good the finings were and not left so much each time in the bucket. It is on the dry side for a WZ though but you can easily sweeten it and we really enjoy...

    Thermos mash tun plumbing

Rather than squishing the two walls together I made the outer one larger and let the tap in, otherwise I would be worried about leaks if and when you knock the tap, it's only expanded foam inside so you will never really get a tight clamping effect imo...

    Possible infection

Racked and bottled last night, crystal clear and tasted great so panic over, I think it was a bit the **** the finings had dropped that had floated up as there was loads at the bottom too. Paul

Hello, Doing my first ever wine brew at the moment Calfornia Connoisseur rosé kit, making 30 bottles and in the final stages, added the finings on Sunday ready to bottle on Friday but while having a sneaky peak today noticed these white bits in the top, does this look infected or could it...
