I made the CC one from Brew UK last week and it's bloody lovely, only got 25 bottles but could def get the 30 if I'd have known quite how good the finings were and not left so much each time in the bucket. It is on the dry side for a WZ though but you can easily sweeten it and we really enjoy...

Rather than squishing the two walls together I made the outer one larger and let the tap in, otherwise I would be worried about leaks if and when you knock the tap, it's only expanded foam inside so you will never really get a tight clamping effect imo...

Racked and bottled last night, crystal clear and tasted great so panic over, I think it was a bit the **** the finings had dropped that had floated up as there was loads at the bottom too. Paul
