Hi Folks, not posted for a while, i to live on Teeside, i have been brewing on and off through the years mainly kits recently bought a bulldog all in one brewing system to use grains not done many brews due to space issues, be good to trade beer locally and talk beer.

have just brewed the 2 can kit today to 23ltr added 440ml of polish malina syrup, did a brix and got a 12 ? not sure about refractometers so not sure of og, was going to add some redstar champagne yeast when initial primary ferment as finished using the kit yeast. maybe some drops of nelson...

hi, yes it is easy to clean, i find rinsing the maltpipe in the power shower, and dry down with kitchen roll.

i got one of these bulldog brewers and had my first brew day yesterday,did a stepped mash 50,65,68,78 20min rest in between, used irish minch malt and columbus and produced a 1 gallon smash, and done the popular 'no chill method' .

just funished my coopers english bitter, using 12mg nottingham yeast, medium spraymalt,teabag of fuggles, 10 days in primary, then dry hopped 100g fuggles in secondry, now in 2lt pet bottles conditioning, taste is great and will be deffo doing this coopers kit again.
