    Advice required

Should be ok. If you added sugar in the pressure barrel to carbonate, check that it is appropriate for bottling. Pressure barrels are more forgiving with over pressure than glass bottles Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk

    Yest Stalled i think.....

Give it a stir and gently increase the temperature until it gets going. Good usually works for me on a stuck fermentation. I guess it is possible that there are unfermentable sugars in there if the mash temp was too high if allgrain Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

Oxygen issues with racking to a secondary?

I agree, the act of transferring to secondary will stir up some yeast which will be more than enough to shift the oxygen out. Trick is not to splash it when transferring.

    Grain Father Tips

Thanks for the tip to regulate flow rate when cooling to get the right temp. It's early days with the grainfather for me and at the moment it dropping the temp too low 14deg C the last one. Will try this tip on my next brew day, cheers

    Low Efficiency using Grainfather

Haven't got a graindaddy either but similar ish top circulating buffalo boiler and internal grain tube. It took me a while to get the grain crush right, balance between poor efficiency at course end and stuck sparge at the other. I found a credit card gap between the two rollers worked best...

    Brewing Now, Buffalo Fail

Mine used to do that too, 5mins boil, 5mins cutout. I had a newer buffalo with a 140 deg cutout . I bypassed that and the problem remained. The culprit was the temp pot\ rheostat. I wired that that out and now it boils continuously. I'll send a link to my wiring
