Hi guys, I have 3 brews all stuck at 1.033 and all should go to around 1.020.
I think this might be due to sugars created at over 68 degrees C mash temperature. I did 3 step mash with all 3 at 64, 66 and 68 C then mash out and sparge at 75 C. I got amazing efficiency all at around 80% but I now...
