Hi. Just been looking at this recipe as its my next brew. Il be sticking as close to the recipe as possible but il be using the imperial juice yeast. My problem is the mash it says 66c for 25 mins. Has anyone done this and had success? Also do you use a protofloc in a NEIPA or skip it? Tia Al

So i got 4.5l apple juice from where i work for 40p as it has only a few days on the use by date so I'm thinking of doing it with some raspberry Lowics. But i dont have any cider or wine yeast i do however have some bakers yeast would this be good enough or would it ruin it Thanks in advance Al

I have this pump at the moment i use a ball valve on the outlet to control the flow but it make a loud noise when i slow it down. Do you think a dimmer switch fitted to the power supply would be better? Thanks Al
