Needs more Willamette imo

The hop additions make this kit, they give it so much flavour. I think I added my hops 10 days into fermentation, the later the better ofc. All in all, fantastic kit imo. I also bottled some as well to give to friends, I checked one bottle :whistle: and it produced such a lovely head...

I can manage about 3 and a bit. Then I get sleepy hahaha

Update: Well the fermentation finished at around 8% and the brew is currently conditioning in a pressure barrel as we speak. My 1st brew done in a fermentation fridge with an STC 1000 controlling the temp and Wowzers what a result. Poured a small glass to taste, wasn't disappointed, it's going...

Update #1 - Brew is doing really well and the ferm fridge is working out amazingly. Its currently sitting around 1.010 which is fantastic. I have a feeling its not about to stop anytime soon its got at least another 4 days or so until the 14day mark. Ideally, I want it in the bottle by then, but...

Oh, I completely agree, As I have no reservations about temperature anymore I will leave it for as long as it needs and as it is in the garage there is no temptation to mess around with it. If I can get it to 1010 that I would be very happy with that. I wonder if anyone else has done this...

So an update. I decided to bottle it, it finally finished at 4.1% around 1012, not what I expected but hey-ho. I opened one to 'check' it. (yea, shurrup). Actually tasted really damn good, better even that the one I wasnt even worried about. So I'm going to leave them to sit at about 22.5...

So I bought some the other day to see what all the fuss was about, here I am thinking it's some kind of hipster beer (I think it still kinda is). Honestly, I wasn't that impressed and the price per bottle, no thanks.
