Cheers. I have done. It said check after 7 days as i have to add hops so when i saw that i was like what!!! Will wait about 5 days then to look again to see to add the hops.

I forgot to add the full amount off sugar to me brew when starting. With this brew you add the sugar to hot water and mix in when bottling...Could i add a little extra sugar in that process??

Hi everyone I was just wondering if I could add the Strawberry and Raspberry ice cream syrups to a cheap ale kit if it would produce a fruit beer. I only paid £4 for the Geordie Scottish Export kit when Morrisions was clearing off there homebrew stock and was just pondering over the idea lol???
