Hi folks. Very new to this so im hoping some experts, or anyone with greater knowledge than me can lend a hand. I'm a kit brewer and wanting to do a winter dark ale with a mainly gingerbread but hint of christmas spice taste potentially. I'm not sure if there are kits already like this...
