Have you thought about making some using supermarket fruit juice? I've got one on the go at the minute, should be ready for bottling in a few days. It's the first fruity one I've done so not sure how it will compare to the kits, but I'm sure someone who has more experience can chime in.

Hi folks, it just dawned on me that breweries often leave their FV open, what is the reason for this? If infections are so easy to get then surely they would be covering up?

I don't mind doing them as long as they don't ask for any information like name, address, email etc.
