    Kegerator advice please

Thanks Ghillie, the freezer shelf is moulded to the rest of the fridge interior... Maybe I'll try to carefully cut through the plastic of the shelf, remove the plastic and see if there are coolant lines inside. If so then I'll try to carefully bend them downwards! Cheers.

    Kegerator advice please

Hi all, just thought I would piggyback on this thread with a slightly different fridge mod query... I've got an old Beko ra 610 w under counter fridge which has a small freezer in the top. Do any of you have experience of cutting out the freezer sections of fridges? The freezer in this one is...

    Corny Keg newbie advice please!

Just catching up after a camping weekend. Thanks for the great advice all! I'm now thinking of getting a 6.35 kg CO2 cylinder from Chorley bottle gas (anyone got any experience of them?!). Any tips on good keg coolers / cheap methods of keeping them cold enough to...

Chinook / Nelson Sauvin / Cascade PA advice

Excellent, thanks for the advice. Yes I'm aiming for an OG of 1040ish. My cascade has an aa of 5.2, chinook 14 and NS 12.07, so all pretty close to your estimates. I fancy making it reasonably bitter but not overpowering, so a 40 IBU sounds good too. I'll have a go with those additions...

Chinook / Nelson Sauvin / Cascade PA advice

Hi, Just a bit of a hop query - having made a few AG brews previously, mainly by sticking to recipes I've found, I'm making the most of a day off work tomorrow and brewing a pale ale. I'm planning on using 2.5kg MO, 1.5kg Vienna, 250g Caramalt and 250g Carapils... And aiming for ~23L...
