I used two carb drops per bottle for the lager. I've used one or one and a half in Ale/ Stout so I thought the lager wpu!d take two.

Glass of Cooper's Stout poured from a mini keg using the Party Star. Looks great, smells great and tastes great too. It's better than the ones from the bottles I filled. Highly recommend the Stout, the mini keg and the Party Star.

The Cooper's FV with the Krausen collar quite often looks like not much is happening. No airlock means it difficult to tell what is going on. Following advice from this forum I just leave mine for two weeks before panicking.

Another ten days and it's still improving, sad that I'll not have enough left for it to get to full condition. I'm going to leave the other kit for a bit and get it ready for the autumn and hopefully give it much longer conditioning.
