Advise for new to cider, but not to homebrew?

Can I use lowicz after fermentation just to sweeten/flavour? If so, how much would you recommend in a 18l keg batch? Tried the syrup with soda water and its not bad.

How sweet did this turn out? How do I go about sweetening considering I can cold crash and force carb I should be able to just stop fermentation earlier?

Advise for new to cider, but not to homebrew?

Anybody any tips and direction for somebody thats not new to brewing (been brewing 60l batches of IPA, ale, lager etc for a while now) but that has a sudden hankering after cider? I like the Thatchers Vintage/Katie types and want to make something to stick in a corny and force carb and drink...

Beer styles you’ve struggled to brew successfully

Belgian Blonde. The first one got infected I think and the second one was dogshit. Really put me off trying to brew another one tbh. The only style I have wanted to brew that I have failed at.

Where to buy grain for recipes?

Since The Malt Miller no longer allows you to order less than 500g of grain whilst it works out how to build a recipe builder again, and BrewUK just spins and spins and spins and never actually saves a recipe - Where can I build and buy per recipes grain? I don't want to but in per 500g weights...

    Batch Sparging

OK - So it turns out that because I have a rectangular mash tun with drain at one side at the bottom, fly sparking is less efficient as the clean water takes the path of least resistance? I ended up 0.05 points lower than I did with my last brew of the identical brew - Which I double batch...
