    Have you bought your set up yet? Just buy a sankey connector with a prv fitted. You can vent the empty keg with this before opening the keg. http://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=741 The serving pressure will depend on your setup (line length etc). Good guide here...
