I do use the frozen concentrate (when I remember to pick some up, heh heh), but the extract gives it a stronger flavor. Maybe I should just use two or even three cans of concentrate? Time to experiment!

I have about 4 L of white peach juice obtained by running white peaches through a juicer. Lots of solids, unfortunately. Any suggestions as to how to do a sort of TC with this?
