Chaps, I ordered a Grainfather. BIAB with the Ace always ended in a mess. Nothing wrong if somebody likes it but sparging is really a pita. So now I have the Ace and wonder if I should keep it as HLT or if I should lower the damage from Grainfather a bit and sell the Ace with the immersion...
