    hey mate - been lurking, work took over life and had to down tools on brewing but just beginning to find time again. Dusting down the Peco at the weekend . How’s you ?

    Lunch is lunch. Dinner is between 5-8. Supper is post 8. Brunch is a breakfast and lunch combined at lunch. Breakfast is anytime and can override all of the above dependent on how heavy the night before was :laugh8:

    Oxi and Milton. Occasional soak in citric acid (the Peco). Never had a bad one yet .... famous last words !

    I’ve used the red grape from Asda loads. Cheap as chips. Made some right weird and wonderful turbo ciders with different juices , as well as wine.

    Hi - key thing is to make sure you use 100% juice ... eg, not 40% natural juice and 60% water. I get my Apple juice from Lidl and my white grape from waitrose. Asda do a fine range of juices. I’ve had blueberry and all sorts from there. Here is a pic of the white grape juice. There are...

    What did you brew today?

    Bottled this up last weekend before coming away. Flocculation was naff with the M44 , should hopefully have settled in the bottle, if not will cold crash for a week. Anyone else found that with M44 ?
