    Diacetyl rest - Bohemian Pilsner

    Currently brewing my first pilsner/lager - using the Greg Hughes recipe with Wyeast 2124 yeast - starting gravity was 1051 (brewed on 23/5) and today I'm down to 1020. FG for the recipe is 1014. Fermentation temp has been 12 degrees. Is it too soon to start ramping up the temp?

    I'm about to brew my 2nd BIAB this week - I'm using a Greg Hughes recipe for a Belgian Blonde Ale and brewing 11.5L - I'm assuming that I half all of the quantities - I'm using Wyeast 1388 yeast - can I use half of a pack and if so how do I store the other half ? Does anyone know what efficiency...

    Afternoon all Have been using kits for the past year but now looking at doing BIAB in small batches - I've got hold of an 11 litre stockpot and was wondering what the maximum volume I'll be able to brew with this volume pot? Cheers
