Got me a bottle of this tonight

Mine started off at 1052 .. finished up at 1012.. so pooped out at 5.25%

AAA (American Amber Ale) for me.. only 2 weeks in the bottle and its tasting OK... glug glug...

when I rack it into secondary FV do I keep a constant heat as I did when fermenting..

Hi Andy... just started drinking my Directors from the barrel Tbh its ok.. not to much carbonation in this but its pretty much the same as shop bought bottles/cans.. which are similar.. I will do it again. The other muntons I've done are the smugglers special ale which is a really good ale...

Hi. Just made this kit its in the FV now ready for fermentation, trouble is I seem to have added the priming sugar. will it be any good or do it dump it :whistle:

My bottles are now sitting in my cold dark shed.. and the sediment has now dropped by the looks of the side walls of the bottles ..will clear in time I hope. :clap:

Yes they're stored in the dark.

I'm very careful when syphoning.. and try keep it out of the trub..

I had 2 kits with similar filters.. the sock type that ties around the syphon.. I'll look for something and start using them now this brew looks awful Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Yes I did rack it off into another bucket before bottling.. and i think did a good job of keeping the syphon off the bottom

I've just racked this kit.. TBH it was like muddy water in the bottle, maybe because of all the hops added... its now been racked 4 days so checked the bottles and there seems to be a lot of sediment, even holding onto the sides of the bottle in a few places is this normal with this kit ?

Hi All.. racked my tiny rebel red ale 4 days ago.. just noticed there seems to be a fair bit of sediment.. its even clinging to the side of the bottle in a cpl of places.. is this BAD not seen this before in my brews.

Just racked it all up.. strange colour though its like muddy water, maybe its just me as I normally do darker brews but it don't look right.. maybe it'll clear..

Ok.. its a 20L brew "Tiny Rebel welshred ale" so I'll put that amount in.. can i just add and give it a good stir or should I boil it.
