    I live in Worcester and my local home brew shop is Daves home brew what a gem he is the font of all knowledge ..it"might" cost me a few pence more ..but I consider it well worth it for that one on one personal touch.

    GrainFather v other systems.

    the one I got from my local home brew shop had with it a long stainless steel handle +some grainfather cleaner but I think that was a special offer so my advice would be to shop around....good luck.

    HI FOLKS A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS 1 IN A RECIPY IT SAY,S EX AMOUNT OF HOPS AT TURN OFF,SO I AM GUESSING YOU STOP THE BOIL AND ADD THE HOPS....HOW LONG DO YOU NOW LEAVE THEM IN THE LIQURE ???? MANY THANKS.

    hi guys and gals I am thinking of making the following...5kilo maris otter,20 grms magnum hops at start of boil,50grms fuggles 10 min from the end of the boil and 50grms fuggles at flame out also I am thinking of adding some simco as a dry hop but not sure how much......any ideas ?????
