    Ok so made a bit of a mistake, made the whole brew up and realised I had no wine yeast so I just threw in the same yeast I used for my strawberry & lime wow... The cider yeast with sweetener, so will this just make it a very strong fizzy cider?? Thanks

    That looks like the easiest way for me, I am only doing kits at the mo so something like this would make it handy for me.. Any idea how much to add for a 20l batch??

    So i brewed the St Peters Stout Kit and next time I would love to brew it and add a flavour preferably coconut.. I tasted a Brew Dog stout with coconut and really liked it so would like to try something similar.. Thanks

    Anybody able to help me on this?? Seems I have gone to 1020 now defo no sign of it going down anymore.. It was 1017 on the 28/2/17 and 1020 now?? Is there a way to kick start the fermentation again or just prime and bottle?? Thanks

    Ok so had an OG of 1047 and a week after it was 1017 so moved it into secondary after 12 days and still had a reading of 1017... I added 300g of lactose will transferring to secondary but there just seems to be very little life and stuck on 1017, should I just leave it for a few days and take...
