I have 50 or so brand new 500ml bottles still in boxes I bought from a supplier a while ago, I keg now so have no further need of them. Yours if you want to come get them. I'm near Beverley East Yorkshire.
I generally reduce it to around 10psi (trial and error to begin with) but I do use a flow control tap which is a doddle to use to avoid over foaming. There is a calculator at the top of this page to help you with carbonation levels in a keg for different styles of beer. For me a flow control...
I have two 10L kegs that run off 16g cartridges and I force carb fine. This is an American Pale Ale I popped it in the fridge at 12 psi for 7 days and the carbonation was just right.... for me anyway.
I agree with Clint's approach. It's unfortunate that the light is at the top and dead centre, there is a very good chance that a cable is lurking so just be careful when you break through the outer skin.
The driver should get a prison term, be banned from driving for 10 years, heavily fined and car crushed. Though I doubt it would make any difference.
Yes; his web designer hasn't changed it yet and up until yesterday he still had some stock left. All gone now though and Beavertown has been removed from the brand section.
They only stock beer from independent breweries, they are quite niche and have a huge following. Yes it's a loss but hey ho! I do understand his stance on it despite a bit of a battering from some of his customers.
