The recipe is basically. Malt extract (DME) an hops. Is that ok?

What dose all grain mean?.

I'm making my first beer from scratch next week. However the recipe is for 10litres, only it's only me who's gonna be drinking it. To make 5litres, do I just half all the recipe ingredients????

Might be an idea to bring them on in a greenhouse or box until end of May-June as the uk weather is so unpredictable. Take it from me I'm a gardener

Ok. I have checked and the pressure barrel is a 5 gallon. But I think il just use bottles if there only 17p. So il need 2 right?. I have used kits for many years, I just want to give making it from scratch ago. Have you brewed this recipe before?

Thanks that's a great recipe. Could you use a fermenting bin? Instead of bottle, as I already have the bin and I would have to source bottles?. And instead of bottles, could I put it in a pressure barrel?.
