    I also batch prime - I rack off into a clean FV when bottling and for 23 litres of beer I personally have never used more than 80g sugar. Dissolve the sugar in some boiled water (about 200/300ml) Pour that into the bottom of the FV (or Barrel if kegging) then rack off onto the top of the sugar...
