Sorry for the delay in replying, I have 3 with S30 and 2 with sparklets. I have tried forced carbenating them with a burst of CO2 but all that happens is it pours easier but is still flat. Would it be possible/feesable to bootle the beer. Im not sure if this would acctually put any fizz back in...

Thanks for the reply. the only other way I have is to bottle them. I don't have any cornies available. would bottling them work as I have the bottles available. if this would work would i need to reptile with sugar or with yeast too.

Hi Guys, Got some issues with my honey IPA that I hope someone can help me with. I have brewed a John Bull IPA but used 600g of pure Honey with 600g of sugar. All seemed ok untill I keged it. I used 150g of honey + 13tsp of sugar to prime the barrel, left it a few weeks tried to pull a pint...

I have just Kegged mine last Sunday, I got told it will take 3 months to properly age ready to drink but will be considerably quicker in bottles so I bottles 5 pints too, should be ready in 3 weeks so Ill let you know what I thought.

Hi Donny I have just primed a keg of Honey IPA (John Bulls IPA with 600g sugar/600g Honey) with 13tsp Sugar/150g Honey a couple of days ago, Preliminary tastings have gone well so fingers crossed. I will keep you up to date on how well it turned out :thumb:

LOL, I was gonna brew 2 of the John Bull tins together but decided not to bother after reading that thread too, hence the one spare can ^^. I have brewed down to 20l with white sugar. Has been in the keg for 3 days so far. I will let you know how it works out.
