    5 months in fermentor

It's an ale/lager with very little hops It's been in a plastic bucket. The muslin cloth was taped over the airlock hole I was in the garage last night and for whatever reason I've replaced the muslin cloth with tissue untaped. That's probably more risk now ffs. Hopefully I'll be able to taste...

    5 months in fermentor

    5 months in fermentor

Hi folks, I haven't been on the forum for a while hence the question I never got the chance to bottle it due to personal circumstances and then kept forgetting to come on and ask until now It's been nearly 5 months in the fermentor, has anyone bottled beer after that length of time or is it...

Do most people syphon into 2nd vessel and add Priming sugar in one go?

I like the batch priming way. Sugar dissolved in water, pour into bottling bucket and rack beer onto it

    Buffalo boiler not heating

I would check the connections and if theyre sound I'd replace the element before buying a new boiler. Replacing the element should be an simple job
