IF it has to stay, then it should only be used to judge clear incidents that were missed. If you need several angles and replays and lines drawn all over the screen to prove that an attackers toenail was offside then, IMHO, it is not being used correctly.

My setup is pretty much the same as Hengoedbrewer, including still using the glass shelf with my full size (23l) batches. I keep meaning to knock up a small wooden shelf, but y'know... time and all that.

About as tasty as well, when a siphon went a little quicker than I was expecting. Quite tempted to carb some up and see if I can spot the difference in a blind triangle test.

I live near Reading and our water is pretty hard, practically comes out the taps like gravel, and I've never had a problem with the effectiveness of Starsan. Got me thinking now if I "should" be using something else...

Same kit I bought about a couple of months ago. Best thing ever! I've since bought an extra keg, two proper taps and drilled holes in the front of my beer fridge. Shoulda done it ages ago! Now... about that third keg.
